Laser Sharp: Alien Salvage — Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Infoash UG (haftungsbeschränkt) handles data in the mobile game Laser Sharp: Alien Salvage (package com.games.lasersharp) on Android and iOS.

Controller

Infoash UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is the data controller under Art. 4(7) GDPR. Full contact details are listed in the Impressum.

The short version

Laser Sharp needs no account, no sign-in, and no internet connection to play. Your progress (levels, stars, purchases of in-game items with earned stars, settings) is stored only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data, and the game contains no analytics SDKs.

Data stored on your device

Game progress — highest level, star balance, owned cutters and color packs, sound preference, and story/tutorial flags — is saved in local app storage on your device. It never leaves your device, and deleting the app deletes it.

Advertising (rewarded ads)

The game may offer optional rewarded ads (for example: continue a run or double a score by choosing to watch an ad). If and where rewarded ads are enabled, they are served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.). When an ad is requested, Google may process device information such as the advertising identifier, IP address, device model, and coarse ad-interaction data, acting per Google's own policies. Details: Google advertising privacy. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), consent is requested before personalized ads are shown, and you can decline. Watching ads is always optional — the game is fully playable without ever watching one.

Purchases

In-game purchases made with earned stars are not real-money transactions and stay on your device. If real-money cosmetic purchases are offered, they are processed entirely by Google Play / Apple App Store billing — we never see your payment details.

Children

The game is a casual arcade title with mild sci-fi action, no chat, no social features, and no data collection by us. Ads, where enabled, are configured for general audiences.

Your rights under GDPR

Because we hold no personal data about you, most requests can be satisfied by deleting the app (which removes all local data). For anything else, email hello@infoash.de.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page to reflect changes in the game or in the law. Material changes are dated below.
