SnakeBake — Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Infoash UG (haftungsbeschränkt) handles data in
the mobile game SnakeBake: Match 3 Snake (package
com.game.snakebake) on Android and iOS.
Controller
Infoash UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is the data controller under Art. 4(7) GDPR. Full contact details are listed in the Impressum.
The short version
SnakeBake needs no account and no sign-in, and plays offline. Your progress (levels, sprinkles, boosters, settings) is stored on your device. We do not sell your personal data. The game includes a small number of third-party SDKs — for anonymous usage statistics, optional rewarded ads, optional cloud save, and in-app purchases — each described below.
Data stored on your device
Game progress — completed levels, sprinkle balance, boosters, sound preference, and tutorial flags — is saved in local app storage. Deleting the app deletes it.
Analytics
The game uses Google Firebase Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies) to count anonymous usage events such as app opens, levels started and finished, and boosters used, so we can see where players stop and what to improve. Both process a per-install pseudonymous identifier, device model, OS version, country derived from IP address, and the event names above. No name, email, or account is involved. Retention: up to 14 months (Firebase), up to 24 months (Unity). Details: Firebase privacy and security, Unity privacy policy. Deleting the app stops collection.
Advertising (rewarded ads)
The game offers optional rewarded ads (for example, a free spin or an extra booster in exchange for watching an ad). They are served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Ltd.). When an ad is requested, Google may process device information such as the advertising identifier, IP address, device model, and coarse ad-interaction data, acting per Google's own policies. Details: Google advertising privacy. Watching ads is always optional — the game is fully playable without ever watching one. The current version (1.0.5) does not yet show its own consent dialog; ads are requested with Google's default settings for your region, and you can limit ad personalisation in your device's ad settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking). The next update adds an in-game consent dialog (Google User Messaging Platform) shown before any ad is requested where the EEA/UK rules apply.
Cloud save (optional)
If cloud save is available and you use it, your progress is stored against an anonymous player identifier with Unity Cloud Save (Unity Gaming Services). It is retained while the game is installed or until you ask us to delete it.
Purchases
Real-money purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or Apple App Store billing — we never see your payment details. Purchase state is checked through RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), which receives an anonymous app-user identifier and the store's purchase receipt so that what you bought stays unlocked. Details: RevenueCat privacy policy.
Children
SnakeBake is a casual puzzle game with no chat and no social features. It is not directed at children under 13. Ads are configured for general audiences.
