Support
How to reach us about Pocketstone, Vaara and Sunsign Daily, what to expect, and where to go for refunds and privacy requests.
Contact us
Email hello@infoash.de — this inbox covers all three apps. If a link does not open, the address is hello@infoash.de, written out here in plain text.
We are a small team and reply in English. Please tell us which app you are writing about, and the app version if you can find it in Settings — it makes almost every question faster to answer.
Grievance Officer
Ashwin Shekhar is the Grievance Officer for Infoash UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and for all three apps. Write to hello@infoash.de with any complaint about content, privacy, or how your data has been handled. If a link does not open, the address is hello@infoash.de.
This is a named statutory role, not a relabelled support queue. A complaint sent to the Grievance Officer is handled as a complaint even though it arrives in the same inbox as ordinary support mail — say plainly that you are raising a grievance and it will be treated as one.
We aim to reply within three working days. A request made under the privacy policy — access, correction, erasure, portability or objection — keeps the 30-day Article 12(3) deadline that policy states, which is the binding one where the two overlap. The officer is also named in the privacy policy, which is the document actually in force.
⚠ No statutory response period is quoted here, on purpose. The period India's DPDP Rules require of this role — and whether one person may hold both the support and Grievance Officer roles — is counsel-owed and named as such in our support policy. The times above are our own commercial commitments. We would rather publish a target we can keep than a statutory figure nobody here has checked against the current text.
What to expect
- General questions
- We aim to reply within 2–3 working days for non-urgent enquiries.
- Privacy and data requests
- Answered within one month, as required by Article 12(3) of the GDPR. If a request is complex we may extend that by up to two further months, and we will tell you inside the first month if we do, and why.
- Safety concerns
- Anything involving a risk of harm, or a child, is looked at as soon as we see it rather than in turn.
Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Subscriptions are sold and charged by Apple or Google, not by us. That means we cannot see your payment details and cannot issue a refund ourselves — the store holds both. To cancel or request a refund:
- iPhone or iPad: manage the subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, and request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android: manage the subscription in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions, and request a refund through Google Play’s order history.
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for. If a charge looks wrong to you, write to us anyway — we can often explain what happened and tell you exactly which store flow will fix it fastest.
Deleting your data
Each app can delete everything it holds from inside the app itself, and that route is immediate — faster than emailing us. See how deletion works, or write to us if you would rather we did it.
What these apps are
These apps are for reflection and everyday routine. Their content describes cultural and historical traditions. There is no scientific evidence that crystals, planetary positions or star signs affect health, mood or wellbeing, and nothing in them is advice about any medical matter or a substitute for a professional. If you are worried about your health, please speak to a doctor.
